Highland cow keychain / phone charm
Meet the newest little addition to BubsCraftCoCanada, the Worry Moo!
These little highland cows are a part of our mini drop of both dairy cows and highland cows. All of them are completely handmade from polymer clay, with every piece sculpted, baked, and put together by me. They’re available as both keychains and phone charms, so you can take your favourite little cow with you wherever you go.
They’re all handmade which means, each one will have its own little differences and may not be perfectly identical.
Disclaimer: These are handmade clay pieces and should be handled with care. The Highland cows have small horns that stick out from the piece, so they can be more delicate. They’re suitable for phone charms and keychains, but please avoid bending, pulling, or putting them somewhere they can get crushed. These charms are coated with a high quality gloss which adds a protective coat but due to the size of the horns I suggest using caution if you chose the phone charms.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
To maintain the beauty and integrity of your pigs, we recommend treating them with care. Simple maintenance practices, such as gentle washing can effectively preserve the longevity of your favourites.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Processing time: Orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days due to small-batch handmade production. During launches or restocks, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping method: Orders are shipped via Canada Post or another reliable carrier. Tracking is unavailable at this time.
Delivery times: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, BubsCraftCoCanada is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. Because this is a small business, once items are shipped they are out of my control.
Incorrect address: Please double check your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a clear photo of the item and packaging. We will happily offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you. Returns may be required depending on the item.
